Assets For Life Partners with TV Property Stars Scarlette and Stuart Douglas

Assets For Life is delighted to announce a new partnership with television property experts Scarlette and Stuart Douglas.

Known to millions of viewers through their hit Channel 4 property programmes, Scarlette and Stuart have quickly become two of the most recognisable faces in UK property television. Combining hands on property experience with a passion for helping others, the brother and sister duo have built a reputation for making property investing, renovation and development accessible to everyone.

Their journey as a presenting team began in 2021 when they stepped in to host Phil & Kirstie’s Love It or List It as part of Channel 4’s Black to Front Day. The programme became the second highest viewed show on the channel that day, introducing audiences to their natural chemistry and practical approach to property.

Since then, their rise has been remarkable.

The pair went on to co host George Clarke’s Flipping Fast, a Channel 4 property competition that followed six aspiring entrepreneurs competing to build successful property businesses. 

Their popularity continued to grow with the launch of Worst House on the Street, a fresh property format that became one of Channel 4’s biggest success stories. The series followed Scarlette and Stuart as they helped families transform neglected properties into beautiful homes while keeping a close eye on budgets and timelines.

With renovation costs continuing to rise across the UK, the show struck a chord with homeowners and property enthusiasts alike. Following the success of the first series, Channel 4 commissioned two further series, both attracting strong viewing figures and cementing the duo’s position as trusted voices within the property sector.

More recently, Scarlette and Stuart launched another successful property series, Can’t Sell, Must Sell. The programme focuses on homeowners struggling to sell their properties and shows how smart improvements and strategic changes can dramatically increase appeal to buyers.

The show has quickly become one of Channel 4’s strongest performing programmes, attracting more than one million viewers per episode and regularly topping the channel’s weekly ratings.
