- When starting my property journey, I wasn’t clear on what my primary and secondary strategy was. I tried to do multiple strategies at one time, and the reality is you just can’t do it all at once.
- I tried to do too many deals at once and I tried to grow the business too fast. Although we did do loads of deals, I feel I could of been far more effective.
